Dined at the BFP last night with girlfriends. Lovely ambience to place, interesting decor, lovely staff and excellent excellent food. We shared 8 dishes and could not fault any. Can't pick a favourite although the octopus certainly lived up to expectation, salmon was very good with dressing enhancing rather than overpowering. And a bonus - we did not get hassled to move on when we'd finished eating! Definitely going back. A lovely find. Thank you BFP!!

We came here on our first night in Hobart. We had no reservation and a 1 year old in tow. The owners were the friendliest most welcoming hosts we've ever come across. My little girl was given her own cutlery, bread and a special fruit salad bowl while we had dinner. The staff came and talked to us and her and made sure we were well looked after. The food was amazing, cured ocean trout tartare was to die for, even my non-seafood eating dad enjoyed it. We will definitely be coming back on our next Tasmania holiday!

Very enjoyable night out in Hobart. Great service. Delicious food.

Good start dissapointing finish. Entree and mains were good, desserts were a little disappointing. Service was rushed even though we still had 45mins of our 2 hour slot remaining. Clearining glasses before they were empty. Clearing plates which left one guest finishing their meal alone.

Awesome food, superb wine, fantastic service. Great options for my gluten free partner, will definitely return next time I'm in Hobart!
