Tavern 42 Degrees South

Great food and beer. Always enjoy a visit to T42. I should also add that they have different themed food nights, such as steak night or pasta night for example. Would have given 5 stars, but a couple of the staff members are quite rude. I'd almost go so far as to say hostile. Once the management sort that out, it'll be 5 stars all the way!

Had a lovely meal at T42, the meal was delicious. Our seats were at the window so the views were magnificent. But the staff were brillant, every single one we dealt with were friendly, engaging and had the ability to make us feel special. Thankyou for a wonderful experience.

Waited 5 minutes to be seated, on a quite Monday night to be told we could sit where we like. Waited 15 minutes at table with various wait staff walking by with no service. We decided to leave.

Location is what fills this restaurant and it is superb. We spend some time there to watch the yachts after the race. Slow delivery of coffee, average service and prices are on the upper limit. The barista should know the difference between a Latte and a flat white, but apparently doesn't!

Audrey, esmee and anka provided such a lovely and pleasant service. Ensuring we got the seats we were after and that our dietary needs were met. A pleasant surprise to see that there is still good wait staff around.
