Beautiful atmosphere with attentive, friendly and warm service. Love set menus/ tasting course and these guys do not disappoint. Each dish was distinct and memorable. Place your trust in the skilled chefs.... Amazing.

Can't wait to go back. Every morsel we put in our mouths was absolutely divine. There were a couple of dishes that were conversation stoppers (which is usually difficult), as we needed to be present to truly absorb the immersive experience of the delicate, creative tasting notes. Kobi is a very talented chef, & Sarah an awesome business partner shown through such a smooth & classy operation. Staff very friendly, fun & extremely competent. Great wine selections & cocktails looked great.

👌💯 Smart tasting menu, all the better when you realize the microscopic cooking area they use. Wine selection very fun but a bit pricey; going in the “cellar” is fun though. We sat adjacent to the food prep area and got to watch each dish go out and chat with the chefs about each one. Highly recommend.

Excellent 7 course degustation. Very reasonably priced for the exceptional quality of food, (organic and locally sourced), service and imported organic wines. I highly recommend and plan to return.

One of the best meals we have had in years, and certainly the best of our trip to Australia, a land with many good restaurants. We loved the concept, which overcame my fussiness about beetroot - delicious! - and we came away feeling well fed without being overfull. I had a wonderful cocktail to start and my husband was fascinated by the wine cellar. But it's not just the food and drink; Kobi and Sarah were both so welcoming and so were their staff, and the service was pleasant, unobtrusive and efficient. DO NOT MISS Dier Makr if you are going to Hobart - or make a special trip and take in the MONA while you're there!
