Coffee was the first thing we started with and I'm gonna go ahead and say it was the BEST we had in Hobart. Perfect temperature and they use Milk Lab, which any almond milk drinker will know tastes infinitely better than most other almond milks (in coffee). Then the food came and holy damn. We got to watch our food get made with a lot of flair by the chef and I honestly think that made it taste better. Divine food. Hubby had an omelette and I had the bacon and egg, and crumbed haloumi sliders. Highly recommend. Ended up going back here for coffee another 3 or 4 times and tried the donuts (😍). Definitely try it!

To be honest, can't fault this little hole in the wall. Stumbled upon in when in search of breakfast. Short wait for a seat at a communal table/food preparation area. So close to the chef, exceptional quality. Best omelette I've had in my life!! I found eating out to be expensive in Tasmania but this was worth it and serving size large enough for my son and I to share a meal.

If you're looking for a substantial meal, do not come here. Came here for breakfast with 5 other people for breakfast. They have around 12 menu items...very specific menu items which you can not alter. The serving sizes are very small and they are decently priced. Everything is home made. I personally did not enjoy this place. It was very cramped and I was looking for a nice breakfast which you would expect at any cafe or breakfast restaurant...this place does not have that and that's okay if you're not looking for that. However the limited menu items and very specific unchangable ingredients makes it difficult to find something you want to eat. In saying all that, my five other companions really enjoyed the food and drinks here so that's where the 3 stars come from . If you want a small place to quickly grab a unique snack or desert and a coffee or hot chocolate, then come here. Otherwise don't bother. Lost one star for too warm in the cramped area and one more for the bathroom directly opening approx half a metre from the place we were sitting. Staff is very welcoming and friendly.

Small fry! Small fry! What an establishment. Best breakfast ever. I had the black pudding with runny poached egg and pressed double cooked bacon. Very, very, very good. Coffee is good as well. The ambience is charming, friendly and fun with a focus on best quality food and innovative cooking methods. Wish I lived in Hobart!

The vibe of this Cafe is amazing it has a homely feel as if you're guests at a good friend's house gathered around the kitchen top watching a master chef whip up some great brunch menu items. You can tell if a Cafe is good by their coffee ofcourse but also their scrambled eggs, and let me tell you the scrambled eggs here are heavenly fluffy and creamy. Watching them be made in front of you is an added bonus!
