The zucchini lasagne was amazing. All the other food was very underwhelming. The drinks were great. The service was really good. The atmosphere is what you would expect from a typical dine in restaurant, nothing special. I want to give this place a two stars but I can't fault it on it's food. It was fresh and decent enough based in the five dishes we ordered. There wasnt very much to choose from. If you're looking for a very nice dinner or an authentic Italian cuisine with lots of options, go find somewhere else to eat. If you're a bit desperate and don't mind limited options and mainly want to drink and chill out, then this place is okay

Maldini is situated on the Salamanca strip in the heart if Hobart's waterfront. The ideal setting is perfect for a business lunch, to catch up with friends or for a romantic dinner for two. The food is sensational the service exceptional and the beer is cold. Great spot go there...

Excellent cuisine. Best risotto I've ever had. Good wine list. Service polite and friendly. Staff welcoming. Atmosphere and decor outstanding. Also good for a coffee during Salamanca Market!

Great food, waitress was lovely but a bit quick to clear the tables (not waiting until all finished before clearing)

Great food, and great atmosphere! I think we were the last to leave haha. Food was just good ol italian food, the deserts were yum too. The waitress was awesome, cant remember her name but she had personality and joked along with us and was a bit cheeky, it was a great night thanks guys!
