Friendly staff and delicious food. The lamb burger was soft and came with some of the best chips I've ever eaten. Wish there was more of them! I noticed the people next to us  got more :-/ My boyfriend had the smoked salmon salad that was fresh & generous. I wonder if they buy the salmon from the Tassel shop, which is opposite.

Decent menu with a good range of well priced items. Average wine list but a great range of spirits. Food was of good quality ingredient wise but the kitchen could have done a better job on the line. Front of house staff were pretty dissinterested at every interaction. Nice plateware, comfy seats, good sound, all in all the place has more potential but let down by staff.

Pub was great at night. Staff were friendly and we loved the atmosphere. Ended up getting quite busy which made this a great place for a drink. Will definitely come back again.

We happened to visit the brick factory when they had a great line up of stand up comedians performing. Incredibly funny acts, and equally great that there was no door charge! Highly recommend this place.

Great pub vibe, but more modern. Daytimes are bright and great for a meal, and night times bring bands and shenanigans! Definitely a lot more fun than other nearby pubs with bands.
