Preachers, Hobart Tasmania: Grunge meets beer garden meets old bus converted into a dive bar. Preachers is several characters all rolled into one neat spot – it looks like summer here, but the temp is anything but. Locals and tourists take to the quaint spot. Tap beer and local brews are big here. Bar food is divine – buffalo wings and deep-fried halloumi cheese were finger licking good. Sit in the bus – it’s quite a Berlin experience. #eatstylishtravelstylish
Atmosphere is cool, there is a bus in the back of the seating area that you can eat or sit in. Music is loud when you are sitting near the speaker, but its not that bad when you have some distance from it. The food came in under 5 minutes, which was very quick. The whole experience was very good and I recommend coming here.
A great neighbourhood pub in the back of Salamanca. A wonderful atmosphere inside and warm on a cool autumn day. A nice selection of local and mainland craft beers and a pub menu with a few different options. Friendly and attentive staff. I had the crocodile tenders which were on the specials board - yum! It's the perfect setting for a casual conversation with friends, offering a comfy and welcoming atmosphere.
