The views are nothing short of stunning. We also loved the banquet menu. The staff were happy to cater our dietary requirements. The best part of the meal was that we didn’t walk away feeling too heavy, yet the flavours were intricate. For a great meal with beautiful surroundings and an environment where one can dine comfortably, head straight here!

Faultless food and service. The location and overall atmosphere was also outstanding. One of Hobarts best dining options.

I love the atmosphere, the architect, the service, the food, everything! The oysters are very fresh, I ordered both natural and mixed. Must try! Salmon Sashimi, oyster mushroom, Grim beef, and Duck pate donut (must try!). I'll definitely visit again if I am ever in Hobart and I recommend anybody whos visiting to drop by this magnificent restaurant for a quick drink or quick bite.

Simply put, amazing. Incredible food, great wines and cocktails, friendly and attentive staff and an enjoyable view (especially in the evening). I’ve been to some of the best restaurants in Australia and the world, and this really impressed me.

Visited The Glass House on my trip to Hobart. The restaurant is exquisite and the decor is excellent. The service was exceptional. However, the food was very pricy. Therefore, visit only if you have deep pockets and enjoy the place, service and food with your loved ones. Overall, highly recommended!
