Whilst only renting with Peard for 1 year, we had numerous property managers and weren't always advised on who our latest up to date points of contact were.  Communication seems to be a big internal issue  inspections coordinator going to the wrong house / advising different dates despite the date on notice of inspection received, noting damaged items that were already noted on the property condition report prior to moving in etc  However, prior to ending our lease, our recent property manager was April and she was fantastic to deal with,  she went above and beyond and was very responsive to queries making our move out process very easy - thanks April!

Overall service while we employed their services was great. However, as soon as they know you're selling the property, the service disappears altogether. Don't return phone calls or messages. Takes several days for a response to anything. Currently day 5 waiting on a statement from a property sold in November, which I paid $110 for the statement. Specifically stated statement was needed in a timely manner, still nothing.

Worst experience of renting a property in my life. 2 years of prestige presentation of the house in which I rented, paid 6 months ahead when I took the lease. Had about 6 different property managers and no communication at all. Took forever to get things fixed . Now you guys are dragging your feet in releasing my bond that I need terribly after i have done everything you wanted. I will be engaging the RTA. And who ever else will listen.

I had a few agents over the nearly two years i lived in my rental property but Adel was amazing! She always responded promptly to any of my queries and was always around to help answering questions and getting things done. She is the best agent I've had in many years!!! Recommend 100%

Has been a great experience dealing with Peard Real Estate Joondalup throughout my 2 year lease. Any maintenance issues were promptly dealt with. I would happily rent with them again if I find myself in the need to.

I only give them one star because I have to...if I could give less I would!  We had multiple agents over the last few years, most had no idea of what they were doing and most only lasted a matter of a few short months, some just weeks!  The agents would not answer or return calls and when it got too difficult for them they would be rude and arrogant...it was embarrassing to watch.  Managing tenants was not their strong point...they told me I had to get pay a plumber to change a toilet seat because the tenant doesn't know how to do it! I went over and did it myself!  We have some outstanding funds that the previous tenant owes us from months ago but they won't release it because "the tenant doesn't authorise it".  The house sold 5 months ago and we are still waiting!  When we put the house on the market the tenant would not allow reasonable open home times and Peards put it back on us saying one open home a month was reasonable!  Peards Joondalup were totally useless in almost every aspect of their rental management team. If you want someone to look after your property worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, Peards is not the company to use!

Peard Real Estate Joondalup have been wonderful whilst renting our property. Jasmine Jenkyn has been a fantastic property manager, always had great communication and is always very helpful. Would highly recommend Peard, they have been very professional and friendly. Thank you!

Coming to the end of a 7+year relationship with Peard , having had them manage 2 of our Aveley rental properties.  3 or 4 years ago I would of rated them 5 star but as soon as they closed their Swan Valley branch and our properties became managed by a team based in Joondalup, things rapidly went to a 1 star.   Too many issues to mention and currently trying to get tenants out of our 2nd property who have overstayed their lease  even though I gave them 4 + months warning that I was selling . So I sit here with a for sale sign up on a house that has tenants still in it. DO NOT use them if your rental is NOT close to Joondalup.

I highly recommend anyone with a rental property to contact Jasmine Jenkyn as her professionalism, positive can-do attitude is so refreshing in the current rental market. Thank you Jasmine for going above and beyond for me recently. You are indeed a 5+ star Portfolio Manager!
