This is the first time I have ever felt compelled to write a review for a real estate company in over 20 years, however I cannot recommend Patience First National highly enough. Jacqui and her professional team are a cut above the rest. Thorough, trustworthy, respectful, caring and extremely professional. After trying numerous agents in the area over the years, I will never use another agent again.  The service is second to none.

Real quality service from Shane at Patience. Listened to our needs as well as guided us through the selling process professionally. Managed the property while we were overseas and had it sold in under 4 weeks. Shane has the ability to make a buyer feel as important as the seller - something other realtors could learn from.

Fantastic service from Patience First National and Jacqui.  We decided to rent privately and had tenants from hell. Jacqui Completed the eviction process and found us wonderful tenants. Nothing was too much trouble for her.  Would highly recommend First National.

Jaqui and the Team at Patience Real Estate have been awesome to deal with during the 5 years they have looked after my rental property in Joondalup.  Same great tenants they found me for the past 3 years without a single hiccup.  They will also be selling my property when the time suits as have found Shane and his team to the most genuine in the region.  Thanks guys.
