Excellent job Anthony and his Team @ Park Regis Griffin Suites Melbourne are doing for all of my visits.

I have only ever stayed with them when in Melbourne & going forward I will only stay with them, whether for business or a family get away, they are a real credit, very friendly, helpful, make you feel welcome and at home.  One great happy family, keep up the great work.

They all go above & beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible when I am away from my family, Thankyou.

I have been staying with them for over two years now and the rapport that they have built with me is second to none, I feel like part of their family.

Accommodation is not bad, cleanliness could improve a little, however it was the customer service or lack thereof that was most upsetting, the man girish should not be in a customer service position if he cannot provide customer service. It’s really not that hard to be polite and attentive, instead we receive a bad attitude, eyes being rolled at us, and no help, this was our first impression of this hotel so naturally things didn’t go as planned and from there everything else was a let down. Do yourselves a favour and employ people that are passionate about service

Large and spacious two bedroom apartment.
Close proximity to the city.
Nice and friendly reception.
Second day forgot to do house keeping.
Not in apartment washing machine,,,, can use common ones on level 2.
A strange noise every 30 to 40 seconds could be heard in both bedrooms and that had nothing to do with aircon!
Parking lot sizes were very small, difficult to fit a car there.

Spacious one bhk at worthy price, polite staff. Though they don’t have room service menu, they let other food outlets deliver to your room.

Had a pleasant stay here, the rooms were very spacious and location is not too far from the city. Service is minimal but polite. The difficulties with breakfast and the ground floor cafe/bar being an entirely separate business make it a bit strange but overall I enjoyed my stay.
