The hotel room was exceptional. Clean, spacious, comfortable and the best was the beautiful view to the lake nThe pillows and mattress were very comfortable which is essential for me. I cannot stand a hotel with bad pillows or a mattress that is too soft. This one was perfect!nThe bathroom is the next thing that is extremely important to me. It was spacious and clean. Only one day, the cleaning staff did not refilled it but as soon as I told them, they brought me extra shower caps and toilet paper.nThe staff was very helpful and responsive, even though the hotel was fully booked during the time I stayed.nI definitely recommend staying at Pullman Melbourne Albert Park Hotel.
Currently attending my son’s school event at Pullman Albert park. Very poor service by staff . We still haven’t received our main course while rest of the guests finished dinner and the dirty plates were picked up as well. Paid $160 per person and the food quality and taste was no where near for the price we paid. Never book this place for any event. :
I attended a conference dinner gala at Pullman, and I must commend Phoebe from the F&B team for her exceptional service. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Her warm demeanor and professionalism made the evening even more enjoyable.
This was our second stay at the property. We were pleasantly surprised to get a lovely room upgrade on check in, but the view was an alley and rooftop. The room was a great size though. The location was terrific with good access to public transport and a cheap uber ride away to main attractions. The one flaw is their housekeeping. No towels were left in the room, the rubbish wasn't emptied, room service tray left in the room and the bathroom had a decent amount of mould on the ceiling. In saying that, our concerns were actioned once we brought them to the attention of reception and we got complimentary parking and breakfast on one day.
The reception staff were really helpful as there was a mix-up with my booking due to timezone changes while travelling.nRooms are clean and comfortable, food options were great and the bar/restaurant staff were helpful and friendly.nThe only downside for me was no weight machines for leg exercises or a squat rack, but if you're not a gym person that wouldn't matter too much
