We had a great experience for our weekend getaway. Myself and my 6 year old daughter are quite sensitive to dust etc as we have allergies, and the bathroom we had in our room had some dust etc that really made our sinuses kick up.nnThe response from the hotel was amazing. Their customer service is absolutely THE best so thank you to the team.nnConformable rooms, good views as the hotel name would suggest and just a generally great all round weekend
Very reasonable price, has a park just next to it. We didn’t get the park view room, but still great scenery from the room, we saw beautiful sunrise and hot balloon when the weather has sunshine.nnQuiet, spacious. Have Apple TV, YouTube, Amazon Prime etc, have a lot to entertain. Have a gymnnDislikednA bit far from the airport. The receptionist is not that kind as said. Haven’t tried the breakfast for it’s bad reviews. But it has several cafes nearby. The gym is difficult to find, no proper instructions.nnGood deal overall, I definitely want to come again!
A bit disappointingnStayed there for 2 nights as my partner organised a weekend away for my birthdaynWe both love to have a swim and sauna but they aren’t workingnNo ice in room so asked for a bucket room service said we are a bit busy so might take a while. An hour later no ice called to check was told “ would be better if you came down to get it” could have said that in the first place.nNext morning went to make a coffee looked inside of kettle and looked like some kind of bacteria growing in there.nOnly had a couple of coffee satchels asked at the desk for more, I will send some upn2 hours later I got some from the room cleaners.nMaybe only small things but it shouldn’t happen at all.nView Melbourne you can do better
Very customer friendly Hotel in Melbourne. The rooms are clean. The hotel is located at a very convenient part of the city. The rates are moderate. The staff are very courteous. Not all rooms have good view. Overnight Parking is available at the basement for $19/day. There’s street parking available opposite to the hotel. However be mindful that the street parking is chargeable from 8am on weekdays. Overall a good experience at the hotel.
Worst hotel i have ever been on, rude manager and also being racist!nI tried to cancel the booking for being not satisfied and they refused straight away. Would recommed much better hotels than this one!
