Extremely happy with our recent stay for Grand Final weekend. Service was very good and the room was fantastic with stunning views of the city.nBed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Free wifi/ Large TV had all the streaming sites. Very nice bathroom and robe area.nThere are plenty of places to eat nearby. There is basement on-site parking fee applies and very frequent trams heading to the city at the very nearby tram stops. Friendly and efficient customer service. Will definitely be back.
Great location, great rooms and great price.nWas very unimpressed with the person checking me in, but most of the staff was nice.nDisliked the fact they tried to sell parking for $19 per night, but didn't tell us that parking in the area is free on weekends.nOverall very good stay, with spacious room and excellent location. All amenities you need and comfy beds as well. Would definitely stay again.
Customer service was Terrible! Trying to check in, the room was unfortunately booked under my wife's name, was told I couldn't get the room, unless I changed the booking! Roomnwas fully paid for, i had matching ID with address and well as the reference number and pin code...
Very outdated for the price paid almost $300 for a crappy room. Bathroom had chunks of grout all over and hair on the walls in the bathroom. The place also smells damp. Can also see the mould under the paint in bathroom from where they painted over it.nOrdered a hot brownie came to the room cold and tasted crap. Big waste of $21. You also get charged $5 on top of the cost for room service. Cleanliness isn’t good either.
The View was an absolute disgrace. When we checked in our bedding had blood stains under the sheets which we brought to the attention of the manager.nnIn any other establishment you would think you would be compensated for such a disgusting mess. Instead we were given a drink voucher…nnWhat an absolute pigeon of a manager.
