Easily accessible St Kilda Rd address. Street level entry, easy access to building. Grounds and building in beautifully maintained condition. Professional rooms inside are spacious, with natural light and very pleasant. Comfortable waiting rooms. Air-conditioned. Lifts in excellent order, not crowded.

Fantastic hotel - great rooms with a good price. Room has a small cooking top, microwave and bar/restaurant downstairs. Have stayed at a number of hotels an Melbourne this is a good option. Location is about a 30 minutes walk into town however there is a tram right next to the hotel which takes u either into at St Kilda or town with other bars and a 7 up just around the corner.

Very classy place.. but don't bother with these people if you're booking more than one room and want to actually get what you've booked. The booking process was horrible from start to finish. They couldn't even get it right after we emailed them a fully detailed list of the rooms we wanted. Was not the experience we were after for our wedding weekend! Only giving 2 stars because it is a nice looking place, clean and staff were nice enough. But we won't ever bother going back again.

Staff especially the male in the front desk was very helpful and had great customer service. He presented the hotel very well and made me feel welcomed. The other women staff working in the morning in the front desk did not look very friendly to approach. The hotel is an outstanding lovely hotel. The guy at front desk always helped and was always reassuring making sure if the room I booked was free to check in. I had not slept for three days so watching the customer service behind the front desk work was something I paid very big attention to. The cleaners at the hotel were helpful 100% and also very nice. Overall rate is a 3 just because of customer service in the front desk. If it were not for the lovely male who looked after me I would have probably rate the hotel a customer service a 1. The room was outstanding nothing wrong with it. Maybe lack of storage to place clothes in the bedroom. But customer service indeed needs to be a key factor.

Nice place for mid afternoon drinks and food. Kitchen open all day and the menu is extensive. Staff are friendly and prompt. Always enjoy eating here
