Will start off and point out that Punthill is in a great location. Close to shops and the South Yarra station. Negatives to start off will be the shower. The glass door is not big enough causing an inescapable mass of water to soak the bathroom floor. The shower head is too close to the wall making it extremely hard to shower. The bathroom door does not close easily and if it does get shut it jams and requires a large amount of force to re open. The exhaust fan makes an extremely loud crunching sound for the first few minutes whilst starting up. The TV was missing its remote. The kettle switch would turn off half way through its boil. And finally you can hear everything that goes on throughout the complex especially when someone is using the outside steps, it creates a mini earth quake. Not the worst in the world but not planning on a return.

The location is decent, 10min walk from a metro/woolies and the train station is even closer. The rooms are pretty standard but there's no washing machine; although there are dry cleaners and laundromat near by.

Fantastic location, tidy rooms, great communication with staff however unsanitised cooking equipment.

These apartments are very noisy. Rooms open onto outside hallways and you can hear all movements of other guests. We also had VERY loud and disruptive guests staying below us who partied all night/early morning and management did not answer after hours phone calls to report disruption. Not happy and we will not be staying again.
