Great location. Friendly and helpful service. Lovely spacious and comfortable room. Perfect spot for the F1 grand prix. Highly recommend. Will stay here again.

Parking is difficult, otherwise very good service. Rooms need a few repairs. A/C remote not working. Lights out. Old food left in kitchen from a previous stay?

Adina Apartment Hotel at St Kilda offer clean and comfortable rooms within walking distance of the beach and cafes. There is ample yet fairly inexpensive parking. My room came with various amenities including a dishwasher, washer and dryer, stove top and microwave all in working order. An air-conditioning unit and balcony/courtyard were also available. Complementary Wifi is available however the connection is far too slow to stream or download anything other than basic webpages. Reception is open 24hrs and is staffed with friendly and helpful employees. All in all this is a perfect place to stay to enjoy St Kilda and greater Melbourne.

6th floor room had great views of the city but that is where the positives end. Apparently 4 star but very basically appointed and filthy. Our apartment was so dirty we had to wear thongs in the shower. Even the corridors were dirty. These photos were taken after the "thorough clean" our apartment was given when we addressed it with the duty manager.

A great place in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurants galore downstairs. I would stay again.
