Hotel is great, that is the only positive. The indian manager is a piece of work, making me move rooms over having the television on at 10pm, threatening to call the police and threatening to kick me out. I held my ground as I was doing nothing wrong. Absolute disgrace to the management. When he knows he is incorrect, he attempts to equal the playing field by arguing various nuances to perk himself up. Refused to give me a refund, and told me to leave at midnight onto the streets when I had two more days booked. Ombudsman will hear all the audio recordings off this rude person, and I suggest you either re-train this poor misanthropist or fire him. The man with the European accent at reception was also incredibly rude and treated everyone like they were subhuman and clearly hated his job. HR need to improve their recruitment.

Waste of money. As soon as my partner and I walked in the door on Saturday night we were treated as if we were at the wrong hotel. There was a man with a European accent who made us feel like we were dirt and not good enough to even set foot into the place. The room seemed fine but as soon as we went to bed the aircon made a loud rattle sound and at 3am I turned it off because I couldn’t sleep. We then woke up the next day boiling hot because we had no airflow because our room didn’t have a window. I then was told my $150 deposit would be back in my account in 48hrs at the most, however the girl didn’t complete my payment. It’s now been almost 5 days and I still don’t have my deposit back. I call to ask where it is and I get the same excuses. There were some staff who were helpful and polite. However I will never stay at this hotel again. Even if you paid me.

Room was clean and nice size. Air con did not work. Other guests were loud outside in a smoking area at 5am. Staff were friendly. Cafe/bottle shop attached was great staff were very nice.

Went for an event. The parking is the biggest problem. It is very compact suggest that you don't take a large suv there. Also the food quality should be improved.

Indian man working night shift was the rudest management I have come across. Attempts one-up-man-ship when he has no idea what he is talking about, clearly is not qualified in hospitality and attempts to argue legislation and policy to somebody with an LLB. Threatens to call the police, does not call the police, so I file a report a police against him personally and contacted the EPA. Do not stay here. The hotel is nice, but most of the staff are horrendous and hate their job. Only the cleaning ladies are wonderful.
