Please Avoid This Place!! This is the first negative review I've ever wrote. I'm not one to moan but this place is absolutely disgusting!! We checked in and out within the hour. Preferred to lose our money than stay. Room stunk of smoke and sweat, there was cigarette butts and rubbish under the beds, mould on the walls, ceiling, bathroom, kitchenette cupboards. Lots of cockroaches in kitchenette cupboards. Stained carpet and bedsheets, bedsheets had pot holes. Electrics hanging off walls. And while we sat in the room to book another hotel we were both bitten by bugs numerous times. It's just pure filth. A health inspector should be contacted!!

If i could give zero stars i would recently stayed here. Shocking is the word that comes to mind. The manager wouldn't even look me in the eye when speaking to him rather stare blankly into his spreadsheet on his computer ( weird ) awful from the first minute. dirt room, dirty corridoor, people smoking inside. I've had cleaners at hostels who aren't even getting paid do a better job and maintaining somewhere better than this. Let alone the other residents that live here.. Avoid.

Ok for a night this is an ok place it has a kitchen for making food it is also so close to Windsor station and the trolley. Is a brisk walk to the heart of town full of pubs,clubs and all kinds of Restaurants wow this is a horn of plenty sure to find something that will thrill you . Lots of young people all around here.

This place is really dirty. We arrived at around 4pm, and the room hadn't yet been cleaned. The bed wasn't made, which reception asked housekeeping to address immediately. However, there were cigarette butts lying on the mattress, burn marks on multiple spots on the mattress, and the room was quite dirty in general. The tap in the bathroom had a steady flowing leak and the shower was a bit gross. We told reception that we wanted to check out straightaway, to which they offered to view another room, but we felt that out initial experience was very consistent with the previous reviews here, so we just left. A bit of a waste of money because they don't offer refunds, but I would happily pay the price to not stay here because it is gross and poorly kept.

My experience from “ Redan apartments” was not that of a good one .First of all the used syringes in the hallway we’re a disaster of epic proportions to say the least. We then looked at the room still with an open mind which was completely shutdown just like this place should be. The manager I believe his name was Steven Wang was the most disgraceful bloke I have ever met running such establishments after I asked for a refund he continued to stare aimlessly into his blank computer screen without any response ,to which I stayed put until I gathered my deposit back for reserving the room. This was a horrific experience and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy. SHUT DOWN THE REDAN
