We were welcomed by a very friendly woman, the apartment was nice enough, well equipped and the bed quite comfortable. It was more on the small side and the cleaning could definitely be improved. It was clean but not on a professional level and some little things such as cleaning the dryer’s filter would go a long way in making you feel a real professional has cleaned the apartment. Overall a good choice, though with room for improvement. Remember to organize your arrival in order for the agent to meet you there.

Beautiful modern feel to the apartment, great balcony space and a 2 min walk to 7/11. Would come back!

Water never really gets hot. They use electric water heaters in each apt which should heat the water as you use it. But it gives you a lukewarm shower and it is terrible on a cold morning. AC/Heating units haven't been maintained and release an odd odor when used. The lobby often gets a trash scent from the dumpsters door away. Mgmt tries to cover it with aerosol sprays which almost make it worse. Elevator can be slow. Washer had mold in it, often leaked and broke down. Don't be fooled by the façade of the finishes and apt decor it hides the overall low quality. The best thing is the location.
