Nestled in the back streets of Prahran you'll find the College Lawn Hotel, a hotel that offers the warmth and welcoming feel of a favourite local.

The hotel consists of a lounge bar, public bar, function room, bottle-shop, two sun drenched courtyards and a great restaurant. The vibe is casual and laid-back.

Pool tables, happy hours, live sport and slab raffles - if it's not already your local, by the time you leave it will feel like it is.

The College Lawn also offers backpacker accommodation and is a favourite for visiting internationals due to both our location and the comfortable, affordable accommodation on offer.

**Tuesday Night Steak Night **nWhat a trip down memory lane! We used to book a table of 8 and feast on steaks here twenty years ago, and guess what? We’re back at it!nnThe steaks here are fantastic, with three options ranging from $25 to $35. They’re cooked up quickly and just right! Plus, you get a lovely salad garnish and crispy chips sprinkled with zesty chili lime salt. You can switch to a mash and veggie combo for just $5.nnI couldn’t help but notice the Chicken Parma—every time it came out of the kitchen, it looked so tempting that one of our friends just had to order the Aussie version.nnThe lamb was also a big hit, although it could have used a bit more lamb—just a little feedback!nnThe atmosphere is cozy and warm, perfect for a relaxed wet winter weeknight catch-up indoors. we recently watched the British and Irish lions vs the wallabies in college lawn and when the series was over we asked the staff if we could keep the flags! they were so kind and accommodating and gave them to us. As big rugby supporters we thought this was so kind and generous! Thanks to all the fantastic staff there!!
We went to this local pub for a Tuesday night family dinner. It was Steak night and 6 of us ordered the special. The steaks were delicious. Cooked as we all requested. Barramundi &pasta dishes were also great. Warm and friendly atmosphere & service. Would recommend for a week nite meal.
We only came for dinner. The person who greeted us was friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our meal was lovely. We sat inside and it wasn’t too noisy. We had a very enjoyable time.
Amazing experience at the hotel. Enjoyable trivia nights and great service. Exceptional service from Tilly who always seemed rushed on her feet but still had the time to be helpful, communicative and kind to us throughout our visit. Will visit again.
