They served dumplings with raw pork inside and even though it was obviously raw (pink and slimy), they still charged us for it. The chef was convinced that it was cooked correctly which is scary. I have been going to Hu Tong for years (and used to love it) but never again. The waitress however was lovely and attentive but there is no way I'm subjecting myself to the possibility of food poisoning again.

Great dumplings. Little over priced since there are great, cheaper dumplings on every corner. Good service though

I had the pork Xiao Long Bao and they were far better than the dumplings at Din Tai Fung. So much more flavour! We also ordered the lamb in black pepper which was amazing. The $20 wagyu san choi bao cup was lovely (but expensive because it's a single-serve!) although I had a sir-fry chicken dish (I can't remember the exact name) and it wasn't really sizzling in the way that a stir fry should. It was a bit of a pale, braised dish rather than a sizzling stir-fry. Overall the experience was great and the dumplings were to-die-for!

Good food and good service. A little on the expensive side but also a great position.

Nice decor, attentive staff and same great food as Hu Tong Melbourne. Highly recommended but make a reservation.
