Good place to stay. It's apartment style in a good location. Nothing flashy and no extras. Helpful and friendly staff

Not going to stay here again. The manager is absolutely rude not just to his staff but to the guest. Upon checkout, he tried to belittle his staff by mentioning to us that she’s quite new and if she made a mistake she will lose her job. To be honest, the staff acts more professional than him. Secondly, knowing that we’re Chinese, he mentioned twice how awful Beijing and Shanghai is. I understand that some people doesn’t like the place but you don’t have to rub it to our face. You’re working in a hotel! Lastly, the way he handled our issue with the hotel was very unprofessional. He even raised his tone to us and tried to make as if we’re just creating a problem. You’re a manager so act like one! If you can’t handle problems then why are you even working in a hotel?? We stayed in other hotels but this is the first time we were treated like this! So if you want to be insulted by this “manager”, stay here!!!!

Great rooms very spacious for the price but pity nothing worked. Toaster was broken, couldn't use the washing machine, dishwasher wouldn't clean properly

Not the best location and can be tricky In peak hours. Accomadation it's self is fine.
