Well cooked food. I went in with my housemate and did ask if the fish/calamari was local but the guys didn't know. I have been about a dozen times as it's my local. Just wish it was better again. 
Please start using Australian/New Zealand caught product, to stay local...and please get a better recipe for Tatare Sauce. 

*Try mayo, freshly grated garlic, chopped capers, dill or fennel leaf finely chopped, olive oil, cracked pepper a little salt and freshly squeezed lemon or lime (mix to combine). Chopped gherkins can be added and maybe a little apple cidar vinegar...to taste...it does make a great tartare, filled with flavour. Look i'll even come in a make it for you to start if you like...I'm an expert on great tartare.

Had the flathead tails and chips. Best fish and chips I've eaten. Ever. They've got good Japanese beers too!

Hands down the best fish & chip shop on the coast. Had the fish burger & chips all made in a Japanese style. Not sure what crumb coating they put on the fish or what the chips are salted in but trust me, you won't taste better. Their salads are awesome too!

Everthing here tastes incredible. Chips are seasoned unique and beautifully. Calamari is divine and fish tastes so fresh. Just a little more expensive.
