I just had the best ever customer service interaction, it’s great to receive that sort of service. Thank you to the young lady, I think her name was Annalise, bravo Treetops Subway On Australia Day at 6pm

By far the best subway service I have ever received. Every single staff member I have been served by has been smiley and happy to have a chat. I get dinner from subway 3 or 4 times a week with my friends and because it is often quiet, of a night time, the staff can take their time with my sub. Quality staff Quality service.

Please change the closing time on the sign from 9:00PM to 8:25PM if that's the time your staff decide to close. Two occasions we've been there half an hour before closing time and they've had no bread and turned off all of the appliances and been advised by your staff to go to McDonald's instead. This is extremely unprofessionral and our time has been wasted twice now. We will never be returning. At least the surrounding fast food restaurants are getting our money instead of Subway Treetops. A bunch of time wasters. Feel free to contact me if managers even care to chase up this complaint.

Staff here are outstanding. Kids love to do their homework and eat here.
