Lovely experience with Henry. He helped me with a big order, had a smile on his face the whole time, communicated with his team really well and I noticed he managed his team well also. Not only a good experience as a customer but I bet his team love working with him also.
Bought two large fries had to drive through 2 times because there was no salt when I asked the first time for extra. On the third time I went in they still didn’t add extra salt. Ordered a cheese burger and received no pickles so went in for a 4th time and was given a cheeseburger with 10 pickles. Had to go in 5 times to get the correct order after over hearing the manager say to one of her staff they had my number plate as if I was the issue.
Went to get dinner last night and the lady at the first drive through window was very lovely, great service, but who I was NOT even greeted by at the second window was insanely rude. I could tell they were in a rush so I did not expect to be greeted like royalty, rush’s can be stress full. This boy with brown hair in a blue shirt didn’t even acknowledge me and basically through my drinks and food at me. Not one word said. He forgot one of my straws so I asked for another one and again he was mute and basically ushered me out. I’ve worked at McDonald’s before and never once would I not even say hello to the customer I was serving. So rude.
consistently get orders wrong, toasted banana bread is often served half cold, I've ordered a toasted cheese and tomato sandwich, got a ham and cheese, not great for a vegetarian.. if I could give minus two stars, I would.... worse maccas on the GC...
