I honestly don't understand how it's so hard to get the basics correct.nThis McDonald's is shockingly bad. Whilst I understand its not great to get takeaway, sometimes these things are fine but even then how is it that hard for this place to get an order right.nPaying for sauce - they completely miss itnHappy meal toy - completely miss itnBut then they give you a bag and say yes it's all therenYou ask for things to be made fresh..say your happy to waitnAgain totally forgottennI've heard from other McDonalds workers that Burleigh Waters is the worstnI 1000% agree

Asked for nuggets and apparently they don't do them. Just lazy. Also asked for a large flat white and it was half full. Absolutely disgusting and rude staff. Get your shit together guys its not rocket science.

Disgraceful service. Messed my order up 3 times. When I had to go back the third time to get another butter I had originally ordered, she got me a rock hard butter for my trouble. Clearly can't read orders. So bloody rude as well. No serviettes provided either. Kids running businesses!!!

Consistently get my Coffee orders wrong. I ask for lactose free milk for a reason, idiots!!nThis afternoon coffee was the color of weak tea so clearly reused the Coffee grind & missing the sweetener I'd asked for.nPoor service, it's coffee, shouldn't be that hard!!

Place had a large number about 15 to 20 paper dockets scattered on the floor. Self service machine - which I hate and are very unhygienic  make sure you have your own hand sanitiser could not print out a docket as there was no paper left, young staff were doing their job but that was it , looked like there was no enthusiasm, just robots , McDonald’s has become impersonal, where customers are just a number. A few more years and they will have Ai robots to replace all staff including those cooking
