Today 13/1/23 9pm I went into west Burleigh domino’s and had the single best experience I’ve ever had getting pizza.  The first guy was walking back from the bins and opened the door for me.  They were all super polite and friendly.  Pizza & shake was literally aesthetically perfect.  Handed me my pizza and shake opposed to telling my name from behind the counter.  Who ever these 2 are are an absolute credit to the dominos team.

Rubbish, I placed an order, online,  at 9am for group. My order consisted of 7 pizzas, 2 garlic breads & 2 drinks to be delivered at 9:30pm that evening. My specific delivery note even stated "deliver at 9:30pm". At 8:30pm I called the store to say we were actually ahead of schedule & if possible could they deliver early. I was informed this was not possible as they were busy. I accepted this. At 9:35pm I called the store again to check on my order, at this time I was informed they were busy & had not yet started to make our order & it was to be at least another hour. This is totally unacceptable in my view, especially seeing I had placed the order 12 hours before. There was no management to be spoken of what so ever. I will never use the service again. The pizza might be cheap but it's also probably not going to turn up either.

Delivered only half of our order after waiting an hour said they forgot to put it in the bag gave us some money back but wasn’t really the point. Said we could go and get it ourselves even though we paid an extended delivery fee. This isn’t the first time we’ve had problems either.

Got a call that my food was delayed 15 minutes. I never write reviews but the customer service was great, not sure who it was who took the call but absolutely amazing. Really simple, so nice to get a call and a heads up. Don’t mind waiting when the service is on point. Top notch

If I could rate no stars I would.  One of the pizza’s I ordered had no sauce what so ever and the other only having two dots of mayo. If it is in the pizza description it should be on the pizza. There wasn’t much meat either. One piece per slice and was very disproportionate, pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni on half of the pizza!  I called up and all they could offer me was one free pizza next time I order, which isn’t really good enough. I’m not one to complain but this was really terrible service when other dominos have been a lot better.  If you can, definitely order at a different branch.

ordered pizza here for delivery, I get a call from the store stating they had no delivery driver and to come and pick up the order from the store, I get to the store and my order been delivered no phone call nothing the store didn't even know it was being delivered, ask to speak to the manager and not even apology from her she looked like she didn't care about anything, got home the pizza was cold and not cut tried calling the store and got no answer will never order from this store again it was beyond a joke

This is three times now the pizza is so under cooked. The base is still doughy the cheese is barely melted ! Please teach your staff how to cook!! Edited, so I thought I'd give them another go, far out even more ridiculous than ever! first they make the wrong pizza secondly the cheese scrolls were miniature size and missing one. Worst thing was it was the manager that did it!! Then tells me he had a long weekend!!!!! Check the photos

Inexperienced team and bad management. After waiting patiently for 20 minutes I asked for the team to provide at ETA on my order, at which time the crew couldn’t find the pizzas. They told me to wait another 10 minutes while they sorted it.  10 minutes later i again check on the order, only for all the staff to look confused and ask each other if they knew where the order was. They then realised they forgot to load it and make the pizzas for the 2nd time.  So now, 45 minutes after making the order and 2 failed attempts at checking the order, I finally received the order.  I don’t blame the junior staff for the mistake, but the lazy management for leaving a team of inexperienced crew to deal with the entire store on a Friday night. No leader, hustle or customer attention in sight.

Best pizza in a long time! Thankyou Jett and his team on this night for being so speedy and friendly!

Good amount of toppings on the pizza this time. Very inconsistent with that though as had many times when toppings have been very poor
