Totally bad.nWe had never eaten here before and took the recommendation from the staff member who served us.nnUnfortunately within a few mouthfuls we decided that we didn't like it. The guy asked us how we liked it, we told him that we didn't, he apologized.nnI would think that spending around $50 would have ensured a great meal but it wasn't something we enjoyed.
The worst I have ever had from these guys. I have been a fan of this store since opening, however, I have ordered from this particular branch once before and it was also extremely bad. This time it’s beyond horrendous and it will be my last experience. For a total of $31.40 we received some nacho chips and burrito flatbread, both with a hint of something that resembled meat. I should’ve taken a picture before, but the fact that there can be so many naked chips left following a couple of mouthfuls is atrocious. This will be our last ever GYG and my prediction is this franchise won’t be around for much longer. They started strong, but clearly the cost cutting has come at quality. Shame on Burleigh Waters GYG.
I have order veggie bowl at the store they don’t have the corn ready so they tell me to wait for it i said ok no hurry but they are putting it from the another bowl and i have a proof for that as well.nReally shameless thing it is if she asks me for extra money i will pay it but what it is.nI would recommend everyone if you want to eat clean please not prefer this branch.
We had been coming here for many years, but for a while the food felt a little scarce in ingredients and the value for money just was not there anymore, so we stopped visiting. We have recently returned and the difference is incredible. The servings are now generous, full of flavour and far better than what we have experienced in Palm Beach. It genuinely feels like you are getting real value for money again and everything tastes beautiful.nnWhatever the team has done to improve the quality, ingredients and portion sizes has absolutely worked, and it has brought us back as regular customers.
i usually love this place but the order i received on july 30th at around 10:15pm was not great. chips were only this full when i got them with pretty much no salt as you can see and there was a carrot disc in my burrito. i work in hospitality too and fully get mistakes like these when an order is made during peak dinner rush, but you'd hope for better when its 10pm and there's almost no other customers in store.
