Terrible service!
Cold fatty chicken with bones
They barely speak English or understand orders
They offer a points/reward service that never works. Won’t be eating here anymore

It needs english speaking staff that understands English, been here 3 times & didn't get what I asked for, I have no problems at any other Guzman just Burleigh & will not be coming back.

We all know how good Guzman Y Gomez is, well there's a new one on the Gold Coast at Burleigh Waters in the Stockland's complex, it's brand new and has a drive through for even quicker takeaway, it has great food friendly staff (with those beautiful Brazilian accents), it's very clean and plenty of parking and seating. Five stars.

Nearly 5 stars, burrito bowls are amazing!! Service was  good. Great drive thru-easier than nerang store.

Had the nachos with pulled pork, the chips are chewy and flavourless the pork was squishy and the beans were just gross. Don't recommend.
