During my wait, I observed several staff members wearing gloves while handling food and then proceeding to clean or wipe surfaces without changing gloves. According to the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code Standard 3.2.2 - Food Safety Practices and General Requirements, this practice is a violation, as it risks cross-contamination. Specifically, the code states: “A food handler must take all practicable measures to ensure that food is not contaminated during the process of handling it.” Failing to change gloves between food handling and cleaning tasks is a breach of this requirement.
Ordered regular breakfast burrito with extra egg and extra chorizo and look at the size of that burrito!!! what a joke! for spending $5 extra??? Look at the bowl over loaded with cheese for the extra chorizo and egg again. Soggy chips. This is third or fourth time getting wrong order and really not coming back. So many people working in but, no use in the restaurant other than joking and criticise customers in Spanish..
It would be nice for staff to pay attention to making a quality product rather than standing around hugging like some social reunion. And when you pass through the window at least look. One star because I can't give none. If you like to make your own with ingredients supplied this is the place. Pick your act up
This would have to be the most frustrating GYG to order from. I have visited here multiple times because of its convenience and my children like the food. I can’t fault the food it is always tasty take away Mexican. The service however is simply terrible and I instantly regret going when the ordering process begins. Not one time have I visited and actually got what I wanted without error or battle. Maybe it’s the ordering system or something but it drives me wild. I think I will try ordering from the App and see if it makes any difference. It’s always busy so maybe they just struggle with the volume of orders.
Great to pop in when u r on the go. Vegan options which are perfect love the spicey flavours as well. Don’t use all the time but great as an option for sure.
