Long line when I got in but order was processed really quickly and the staff out the back were doing well getting the meals out. Burgers and chips great as usual. Even though the store was busy the tables were clean and ready to use.

Went to order a mega muffin but there grill wasn’t working (flame grilled burgers with no grill) so ordered a deluxe breaky roll which was nothing deluxe about it, had the tiny bit of bacon a rubber egg a stale bun and a lot of mustard couldn’t even eat it was revolting and cost me $5.50 👎👎👎👎👎👎

There's nothing nice to say about this Hungry Jacks if you're going to be wanting to have something from this on use the drive through as it's quicker to get your food there than inside the restaurant which isn't clean why's that they like the drive though better well at this one they do. 
If l could give it no stars l would and it's not pram friendly or wheelchair or scooter friendly at all l have to leave mine out the front of the restaurant and then go in there.

Horrible Hungry Jacks to visit, had to wait 15 - 20 minutes. Orders were wrong air conditioning was not working, it was cooler outside than inside which made lunch really uncomfortable.

We order 2 super stunner meals, the lady before were offered free sauces with their chicken nuggets we we're not offered any.

The lady before us had the option of leaving her ice creams in the freezer until she is ready to leave, on the other hand we  got our ice cream and we ask for ours to be kept in the freezer till we left as well, and all she did was role her eyes at us.

Will never go back to this franchise, the worst Hungry Jacks store on the Gold Coast.

Stay away people if you want a enjoyable lunch.
