Would really love to eat some hungry jacks, food is always delicious. Except this store can't seem to delivery recently, I keep getting my order cancelled, through their app directly and through uber eats app, I'm sick of waiting 20-30 minutes to find out my food was cancelled? And with no reason as well? So disappointing, especially when refunds take DAYS to go through, now I've got no food and I'm down money until the refund processes, great
Took 20 minutes of sitting in the waiting bay for them to realise there was no bread for a toastie. Told me it would be another 10-15 for them to get bread for it. Is it honestly that hard to check the bread before we get to the window.
Got my order wrong. Didn't give me my Almond mocha, for verification it was the order ~12.25pm with the $5 nuggets, tacos and fried chicken burger large meal. Waitress Closed the window in my face when paying at drive thru and I asked for a receipt even when I tried calling through the window. I'm never coming back.
Came through the drive through at 5pm today. The young girl on the headset was extremely sarcastic and rude. Trying to rush me through my order.I normally give benefit of the doubt - maybe she had a bad day. So I drive to the window and she was even worse there. Extremely rude, didn’t acknowledge my order or tell me the price. Held out the eftpos and as soon as I paid closed the window. Never experienced such bad manners and behaviour before. She clearly did not want to be working there. The cherry on the top was the burger I ordered had the most rock hard patty and was almost black. Disgusting. Won’t be going back.
Fridge cold eggs in 2 burgers. Fries that stick to the roof of my mouth as cold. Dirty floors. Disgraceful. They did remake the burgers and refried the same chips. Leadership and cleanliness required
