Nice staff, food is typical HJ's, good when you need fast food! But if you go into this HJ's, take some wipes because it was absolutely filthy and seriously unkept. Makes you wonder how clean it is where they make the food!
Honestly your staff are dirty, slack and slow, the restaurant from outside to inside is grotty filthy .nnThe small door you need to walk through is filthy I didn’t want to touch it.nnPlease renovate or get a bloody cleaner for Christ sake.nnThe food is also terribly made and cold.nnI Give you a go for the kids sake and because your local.nnBut it’s disgusting… why gives this kind of service and atmosphere to Burleigh residents. ??
Absolutely disgusting! We ordered a meal on 11/12/25 around 6pm. Chips were cold and soggy. Burgers were cold and inedible. All the food was thrown in the rubbish bin. Ordered McDonalds and it was perfect! Extremely disappointed in Hungry Jacks Burgers, Burleigh West.nJust Absolutely awfulnSeems like hundreds of others think the same thing! Not many likes for Hungry Jacks around south Gold Coast!nIt certainly looks like the Hungry Jacks in these areas just don't care. They keep serving up the same rubbish, don't clean their restaurants properly, if at all and public service apparently doesn't apply to any Hungry Jacks restaurants!nAn email has been sent to the owners of the franchise, regarding the issues above including screen shots of all the other complaints from multiple Hungry Jacks restaurants on the Gold Coast.
I was the only customer around. I got a double cheeseburger whopper and came home to the driest and most pitiful burger I’ve seen in my life There’s barely any sauce and lettuce, and they forgot one of the most important thing- the CHEESE
Unbelievable, Saturday night and just delivery food from the drive thru. 50 minutes waiting for an online order.nIn the window, after that long waiting time the food is not ready.
