I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service provided by netstrata, particularly in relation to the handling of a water ingress issue in my unit at finney street hurstville. On March 5th of this year, an engineer from strata visited my home to investigate water ingress from the building's exterior wall. A hole was made in the wall of my living room for inspection, with the assurance that the hole would be filled the following week. Unfortunately, nobody ever arrived to repair it. Despite numerous emails requesting assistance, the strata manager, Tony Zhu, displayed a lack of accountability and irresponsibility. I have sent over ten emails to follow up on the repair work, only to be met with silence and indifference. This unprofessional conduct is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company's commitment to client service. Furthermore, my attempt to escalate the matter by sending a formal complaint letter to Netstrata, on 19/5/24 , also fell on deaf ears. The lack of response and disregard for client concerns exhibited by both Tony Zhu and Netstrata management signify a deeper-rooted issue within your organization. It is evident that the handling of this issue goes beyond an isolated incident with one manager, highlighting systemic shortcomings within Netstrata. The untrustworthy behavior displayed indicates a clear breach of professional conduct and duty of care towards residents. As a concerned homeowner, I strongly urge the committee to review the performance and practices of the netstrata and consider terminating any further engagement with Netstrata. The neglect and dismissive attitude demonstrated by your company have greatly inconvenienced and disappointed me. I expect a prompt and appropriate response to this complaint, along with a concrete plan of action to address the outstanding repair work and prevent such lapses in the future.
I have been communicating with Ryan Hewitt and I must say he is exceptional. Very prompt in his responses, patient and deals with every matter very professionally. Has always answered by call and is available to resolve any issues. Thank you Ryan!
Tony Zhu has recently taken over our building strata management and he has proven we made the right decision in changing to Netstrata. The professional approach and quick response time is refreshing and appreciated. Tony has great expertise and it is obvious when dealing with him.
We kindly request attention to the ongoing maintenance issue with the lift at 9 Derwent Street, South Hurstville. The lift has been non-operational for four days since Saturday, April 6th, marking the third breakdown in the past two months. Rather than relying solely on manual rubbish disposal instructions, we encourage efforts to address the root cause of the recurring breakdowns card reader in the lift doesn’t work properly either.Additionally, enhancing the accessibility of support contact information would greatly assist residents in reporting and addressing such issues promptly. If managing garage disposal and cleanliness poses challenges, perhaps exploring the option of hiring additional cleaners could provide a more sustainable solution.

Michael Thompson and Netstrata are exceptional strata managers. Michael is extremely professional, responsive, unbelievably knowledgeable, and importantly pro-active on all issues, and has managed our building through some complicated and sensitive matters very successfully. And he is also an excellent manager of people/the strata committee - he makes it a pleasure to serve on the committee. I am always quick to recommend Michael and Netstrata to friends who and colleagues who often have much less satisfactory experiences with their own strata managers. We are very fortunate.
Service is okay but the level of fees is excessive compared to the rest of the market plus they are always looking at ways to increase revenue with additional services which are often not required - they even figured out how to charge for putting together the agenda for the AGM $170 fees for sending our a survey to lot owners! Netstrata's Management Contract is needless complicated to the point they don't even understand what is within the contract and often contains very significant errors within the contract. There is no transparency within the renewal process - you have to dig to find the changes though you can be sure it will include extensions or price increases somewhere. They omit the key information from the Explanatory Information provided as part of the AGM agenda. We even had a instance when the Strata Manager told us how they calculate the charges during the AGM before we signed the renewal. Then we find out a year later, they changed their mind how it is calculated and are now calling it a mistake with a 41% increase in fees?!? Dishonest and unethical to say the least. Very disappointing and everyone should be extra careful in dealing with Netstrata.
I’ve dealt with Charlie Wang, Strata Manager at Netstrata, for several years providing maintenance and carpentry services. Charlie is great to work with. He’s extremely knowledgeable and always quick to respond to any calls or emails. No request is too much trouble. I deal with a huge range of people in my job and few are as professional and easy to get along with as Charlie. I couldn’t recommend him more highly.
As a new owner of a property managed by Netstrata, I can't express enough how impressed I am with the outstanding service provided by their Strata Manager, Joshua Barry. From the moment I reached out to him. Joshua's communication skills are top-notch. He ensures that all interactions are clear, concise, and professional, making it easy for me to understand every aspect of the property management process. He patiently explained the conditions and intricacies involved in processing my requests, ensuring that everything was handled efficiently and in a timely manner. Having dealt with property management services in the past, I can confidently say that the service I received from Joshua is nothing short of exceptional. His responsiveness is remarkable; he promptly addresses any concerns. Joshua's dedication to his role as a Strata Manager at Netstrata is truly commendable. His commitment to delivering exceptional service is evident in every interaction, leaving me with a sense of trust and assurance in the management of my property. The peace of mind I now have, knowing that my investment is in the hands of such a competent professional. If you are looking for a Strata Manager who truly cares about your property and ensures its smooth management, Joshua Barry is the one to rely on also represent for Netstrata.
Richard Lam of Netstrata is an excellent Strata manager. He is knowledgeable and reliable in his work. Being a genuinely nice person, he is also great to talk to. Even though Richard is very busy, it is easy to get into contact with him and he responds quickly in urgent situations. Richard is definitely the best Strata manager that we have had. He is an asset for Netstrata. I highly recommend him.
