Moore Park management office is generally very helpful and easy to get hold of when needed. The grounds are well maintained and the facilities, although a bit tired are adequate. Guest parking is good but getting busier and rubbish/ recycling collection is good. The down side is that building work is rarely completed quickly and not co-ordinated to minimise disruption. There is usually noisey machinery being used somewhere during week days. Due to the signs of the ageing buildings renovations and maintenance noise is frequent and as regular as tenants and owners moving in and out of this large complex. The buildings are nice and everything is accessible. I would also aim to avoid the daily noise from the side where Moore Park nursery is located. .
