Emma and Nick were a delight to deal with. I recently changed agents as I wanted to lease my 2 bedroom apartment and my old property agency was a pain. Best decision ever! In two weeks they found me the perfect tenant with absolutely no fuss! Top marks for professionalism and customer service! I was so impressed by them that I recommended them to my sister who was looking for a luxury pad to lease. They were really patient in answering all our questions and really listened to what we needed in a property. They were able to immediately find us the best property with the best view in Sydney. I highly recommend this agency!

Be wary of renting via this agency in regards to your bond. They will make unsubstantiated claims against it and be uncooperative if you ask for further information or proof. They ignored me for weeks and I had to go via fair trading to get my bond back Be sure to mark every little thing that you see when completing your inspection report, include cockroaches and ants even if there isn't any as they will try to get a pest spray from you, on top of a bunch of other spurious claims Other than that, they are a real estate agent, they don't do anything other than collect rent.

I have to say they are really good. I went there for some consultation and they are super nice and give me a lot of great suggestions.

Very unprofessional. Be careful when you pay a bond that they actually summit it to fair trading, they didnt with my bond which is illegal and at end of lease had many emails and phones calls to get my money back. Just posting this so if anyone is leasing with colliers just check that your bond has been summited to fair trading, so you dont have the same headache as me.
