The best strata company I have dealt with. Always very quick to reply and very friendly. Efficient at fixing problems that arise and explains what is happening with any maintenance. Highly recommended.

Possibly the worst body corp I've had the pain of dealing with. Unfortunately our manager was rude and who's idea of settling a matter is by ignorance or talking you down in an agitated heightened sense of panic before promptly hanging up on you. I don't know if it's because I'm a woman? Or because I'm younger? Our manager has no people skills and there is rarely any two-way communication when dealing with Ace Body Corp. I can only imagine this company needs to enforce better training for all it’s staff in management, customer service or the like.
