TERRIBLE. As a client of GK strata for 10 years, Ive never experience such a lack of customer service as what I currently am. Over a 3 week period Ive called and emailed my strata manager Joshua Moses 4 times. He has not bothered to respond to any of these. Ive also left a message for Josh's superior. He also hasnt responded. As I urgently need paper work for refinancing this lack of communication is going to cost me big $$.
