I am currently renting a property from Carrington group, and I couldn't be happier . My experience in the past with agencies, was that I was considered just tenant number "x", and fixing any issues with the property was NEVER priority 1. Since the inspection, Jean Ladianghibong the property manager was absolutely fantastic! Very professional, but yet quite friendly. And all the communication from that day forward was like that! professional and friendly. We recently had an issue with a false fire alarm, and Jean helped us solve it, even though she did not have to. By the end, we were not charged for it :). She really takes care of tenants which I think is great for owners as well, because good tenants will never want to leave a well managed property.

Tenant for 1 year and would definitely use again. Although there were quiet a few issues in the beginning (with the property itself), thankfully my property manager was an absolute star! Really easy to deal with and very prompt to answer questions and/or provide resolutions. So, thanks so much Anna and most importantly Jean! :)

Don't go anywhere near this agency. I tried to attend an open house in Surry Hills, drove 45 minutes to get there, arrived during the stated time, agent's sign still out the front, called 'Giuliano' who told me he was still upstairs but refused to let me up!

Carrington Group were magnificent in helping me choose the perfect location for my small boutique shopfront in Sydney’s busy marketplace. Not knowing the ins and outs of the commercial property market, I was walked through the process of both finding and negotiating the terms of my lease that were suitable to my business needs with relative ease. Definitely give Carrington a thought when looking for a property professional in your area.

As a renter - just don't. Super unprofessional, no care for tenants OR landlord, rude, lax with communication and cuts corners wherever possible and has some weird obsession with claiming everybody's bond, whether entitled to or not.
