Kathy Munro is a fantastic property manager and was extremely professional and friendly throughout my rental experience. Not only did she ensure every aspect of the rental process to be thorough and hassle free. Upon moving out Kathy assisted in finding another fantastic blue ribbon property for us with another great owner. In every respect, Kathy is the type of property manager who knows how to give tenants the utmost respect and professionalism while clearly keeping the needs of the property owner in sight. Kathy Munro is an amazing property manager! Kathy has been taking care of our new rental property for 6 years and her passion and love for property management shines through. I recently rented a furnished apartment through Little Real Estate and have been very impressed with their service. Yogesh, who I dealt with quickly responded to any issues I had with the application which allowed me to complete the lease paperwork in a very short amount of time and move in within days. Moving around a lot for work means that I have dealt with many rental agents and so far these guys are the best I have ever dealt with.

Kathy Munro has been managing my rental unit in Parramatta for the past 3 1/2 years. She's handled the property and tenants professionally, and allowed me to remain at arm's length whilst keeping me up to date when important issues arise. Highly recommended.
