I had a great experience with Greencliff Realty, amazing staff always prepared to fix any issue even small ones, i called Lieu cause i lost my keys and she managed to make a copy and give it to me really fast! If you want an agent that makes a silly avoidable mistake, ladies and gents, here is your agent then. I had a buyer for my property that pulled out before the cooling period. You would think that I should receive the 0.25% penalty from the buyer, but no, the agent made a silly avoidable error by not attaching s146 when contracts were exchanged, which was provided by my solicitor months in advance. When I tried asking the agent to compensate (almost $2k), they put the blame on my solicitor for not checking all paperwork in the contractsthe day after the exchange was made. So you can tell I have had one HELL of an experience with this agent. If you want an agent that doesn't take responsibility, then sign up with greencliff.

Plz do not waste your time, money on this unprofessional agency. The manager Michael never helped, taking along time to reply your email. 
No regular receipt for cleaning, repairing. 
No reminding before the lease came to the end  in advance and told us it was in the contract. As a result, we have to pay 2-week fees even though we already moved out ( I know it’s in the contrast and may be a common sense in Australia but sorry for not reciting all the contents of contract, funny)
And according to his and Raymond’s email, 150$ of bond are not returned. Seriously? You guys knew that we would fly back to China and charged us more?
