We are tenants of My Place and their care factor for their tenants is zero. They ignore our contact and act like we are creating problems when in fact we have been leased a dodgy property that has had a multitude of problems since we moved in. Their system of not having a dedicated property manager and instead you have to email a generic email is a joke.

Best real estate agents in the eastern suburbs. Kylie is so professional and an asset to the team. My family have MyPlace manage a property of ours, as well as rent through her- cannot fault customer service, professional conduct and organisation.
