Emma and Melanie have been amazing from our first contact with Devine Drummoyne. We've been so impressed with their immediate responses and helpfulness in getting us settled into our new home. Nothing was too difficult and they were very quick and efficient in liaising with the owner (who has also been fantastic). We've never experienced such a fast and positive service from a real estate agent. Thank you so much.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!
I wish I could have read a review like this before entering the painful and harmful relationship with these people.
Beware of good reviews as they are all friends and relatives and not real customers - I checked on Facebook and after seeing familiar last names as I could not believe there were happy customers with them.
They only suck up to the landlords, with no customer attention, not even the slightest.
They were quiet and accomodating for a small time and I understood why: they asked me to change my review! After a few weeks I did change it from 1 to 3 with no comments, they came back with their non-sense & rude manners.
Please contact me privately (look me up on Facebook) if you don’t believe this review or want more details.
I only hope I could avoid as many people as possible having to deal with this incompetent and unprofessional people - hoping it’s “just” this and not malice!

I've been renting from this agency for just under 2 years now & I'm very happy. I always get a fast response when there's a problem with the apartment. Very happy with the service and the professional trades people the property agent works with. Excellent communication, they expect nothing more than the rent to be paid on time. No complaints...

Melanie Stoneman is a fantastic property manager and she's also lovely. She is very prompt with repairs and if there are any issues she's onto it straight away. I work in real estate myself and can say from a tenant and industry prospective, she's 10/10. Thanks Melanie!

I wish to put a no star but seems I could not. This agent is really greedy. It is all about money and money. Please be clear, as applying for a rental property, I am not begging you for anything. Especially the agent called Jennie Cho, cold and blunt with no manner at all. Absolutely disgusting.
