I had an chance working for Exclusive real estate not long ago. There are several aspects that impressed me and gave me memorable images :
1- Comprehensive system and systematical procedures which probably one of the best I have worked with;
2- Great family culture which constructed by two established bosses: not only they know their stuffs but they like to give and share - share with staffs for company's success and profits also give back to community for helping and support (which is rare nowadays);
3- Colleagues are really supportive and friendly. Majority of them have extensive industrial knowledge and effective problem-solving skills. They  are representing decent professionalism all the time as property managers.
I would no hesitate to recommend Exclusive real estate to anyone who wants to develop their career and to feel be taken cared as well as to anyone who wants amazing service for their property(ies) management.

My experience with Mark Youssef was very pleasant & professional. I needed to find a property fast and he did everything in his power to come through within two days, He found an apartment for my family that was not only in our price range but clean and decent. Unfortunately, I could not take the apartment due to my other personal issue.
In regards to returning my deposit, he do not begrudge me for changing my mind and returned with no question asked.Despite the fact that we declined the offer, he was extremely understand our situation and helped us move forward in professional manner.He displayed a great deal of kindness to us and for this we are very appreciative him.
I would recommend him and this firm to anyone booking to either buy or rent.

From the start, my experience dealing with Mark Youssef had been very pleasant. Mark is professional, sincere, friendly, and efficient. The whole renting process from inspection to lease signed was smooth. I'm very happy with the new place and hope the relationship with Exclusive Real Estate will continuously be a positive one!

Absolutely terrible realestate agent! Have been with them for 6 months 
- never reply
- always lie and say things will get fixed
- have chase them up, they never follow up things
- had no hot water for over a week!
- rats ate through the oven wires and had no oven for 3 weeks!!!

These guys are horrible. Run by a bunch of monkeys. Stay away!

14/04/2018 - Yeah it's you guys. I won't mention staff names but I can tell you the 1 star reviews on you are real and the 5 star ones are probably your relatives. Good luck staying in business when you treat tenants like garbage. My advice is send your staff to training. It's not hard to keep people happy - you just have to be honest and show you're doing your best. You guys have zero respect for tenants and eventually it will catch up with you.

yr of tenancy. I really liked the service. Genuine company and good standard. Prices as per the apartment quality. Mark and Rejuan were very helpful.Timely inspection. I will definitely recommend it to my friends. Thanks!
