Hunt Real Estate service is excellent & they look after my rental property very nicely. Any issues/ queries on the on going management of my rental property, my Portfolio Manager promptly checks with me & action any request accordingly.

Hunt real estate has left us astonished with the most DISAPPOINTING AND FRUSTRATING tenancy experience ever! The have less than minimal care and appreciation for ‘tenants’ based on our experience in a property in Epping that is under-maintained with sever insulation and mould issues ! We respectfully requested for solutions to this issue and followsed up for this URGENT HEALTH HAZARD according to fair-trading for  7-8 months, with no effective action/resolution from Hunt specially the management. With two small children in the family, we literally fighted mould growth EVERYWHERE see photos for 7-8 months, constantly cleaning and washing mouldy clothes, which was not only a health hazard but a constant headache. The agent’s response: - “friendly” advice on evacuating this under-maintained property, and letting Hunt find another rental for us !! Instead of taking responsibility and advocating for us which is nothing but their duty as agents! - after months of follow up and frustration, THE ISSUED A TERMINATION NOTICE AND SAID THIS IS DUE TO OUR LACK OF CLEANLINESS !! Which is by far the most childish and irresponsible reaction we’ve received from any Australian businesses! All our friends suggested we should sue them for such outrageous service … and perhaps we should.  We lost furniture, shoes, clothes and books to this experience, none of that comparing to the mental load we carried from dealing with Hunt. The worst part is that the same property on Constance close in Epping is rented out swiftly afterwards, and the unfortunate tenants who is paying heaps of money for rent has no idea what experiences is awaiting them !!

I recently transferred the management of my investment unit to Hunt Real Estate.  Sylvia Mesoina was assigned as my contact person.  She has done a superb job of handling the management of my unit including a recent flooding event as well as finding a new tenant quickly and efficiently.  Her professionalism, combined with regular comms updates has confirmed that I made the right decision to move over to Hunt Real Estate.

Sammi from Hunt Real Estate is the most professional and efficient property agent that I have ever dealt with. Not only did she provide us with helpful advice regarding our property, she is also very thorough and was able to secure good tenants after the first open home. Thank you Sammi - you are definitely a great asset to the team at Hunt Real Estate.

** I was treated well  I have just moved out of a lovely, sunny villa in North Epping, rented through Hunt. During my 4 year stay, I was treated with courtesy and professionalism by all staff. Thanks Sushma for your efficiency, and your eye for detail. Jenny Hunt was someone I had contact with throughout my stay. Jenny is professional and strong, but very reasonable, and treated me like a Person. I’d say to anyone, definitely give these guys a try!!

I don’t wanna repeat what my wife has already said in detail exactly same for me, refer to Ava Bargi’s comments, and I’m writing all these words to try my best that the new tenant do not experience same thing that happened to us over the last few years. I wanna invite Hunt Realestate to improve their service as they already mentioned in response to my wife’s comments that ‘our team is reviewing your situation to improve any aspects of services we provide.’ If Hunt really care about their customers, you need to be HONEST and TRANSPARENT  with tenants and inform them the issues of each house before tenants move in. I was hoping that after we leave the property, you would come and fix lots of the issues with that Epping house rather than advertising it with immaculate photos I don’t know how old they are and renting it to another family who don’t know anything about the background. What had happened to us it’s gone for me and didn’t have time and energy to sue the Hunt, but I want to invite Hunt to do what they already said and let the new tenants know the issues of this house or any other property. I’m hoping that your response to my comment is: ‘the new tenant has already been informed and the major house issues have been fixed’
