The most unethical real estate I have ever dealt with and I work in the industry. Poor treatment of tenants. Don’t return calls. Don’t follow legislation!!!!!. Don’t return bond. Have reported to fair trading after making our lives a living hell. A bunch of monkeys ! I have requested numerous times for the licensee in charge only deal with our outstanding issues between the landlords and ourselves and the only time he has bothered to pick up the phone was after we applied for an NCAT hearing !!! I have been left to deal with an improperly trained leasing officer the whole time. Warning - Landlords and tenants don’t touch them.! That’s just pm department, I don’t even want to think about what the sales dept is like. Shame I even have to give 1 star.

I had terrible experience with them. They don’t looked after the leased property at all and always sent with good inspections reports. Very hard to get hold on the agent who is responsible for looking after the property, ignore the phone calls, never pick unless call them with no caller and never call back.
During inspection, always send their junior or new staff and that staff said will inform to the appropriate agent about the raised concerns but no reply at all.
Initially, they show professionalism but once they get the business, hard to approach them.

Highly NOT recommend!!!
NEVER go with them!!!

It is pleasure of working with Callan. He was very professional,  helpful and responsive from start. He even helped me out of business hours. I highly recommend him to anyone . Thanks Callan.
