Story

John Russell and Roy Wartmann opened the doors to their own agency in Baulkham Hills in 1994, after both selling Real Estate in the Hills District for more than 10 years. They were approached by Richardson & Wrench, Australia's oldest and most experienced Real Estate Agency to join their network, and commenced operating as Richardson & Wrench Baulkham Hills in May 1999.
