I only gave 1 star because there is no option for zero or negative stars. Worst agent I ever had. Hasn't managed to rent a property in prime location in one year. I discovered today he isn't even bothering to advertise, hasn't opened for inspection in months, hasn't bothered to notify me even. I rang the office and they never heard of the house. He is so exceptionally incompetent, he is the 1st agent I ever had who turned up to a CTTT hearing totally  unprepared and got the claim thrown out. Cant find a single non-ethnic or white staff in the entire office. They all have such terrible accents, you would think it is a 3rd rate Indian Call centre!  DONT go near them with a 10 foot barge pole!!!! They are TOTALLY UNRELIABLE and INCOMPETENT!!!! I agree with the other managing agent who placed a post calling them TOTALLY UNRELIABLE. They are truly providing a THIRD WORLD COUNTRY SERVICE with not a single white face on their entire staff. Teach then a bit of English please, before they are let loose on the public!.
