David and the team are very honest, approachable and friendly and I would recommend them if you're either searching for a property to buy, or sell your existing property. David came to our house prepared and provided comprehensive knowledge of what buyers are looking for in the local area, knew how to market our property and engaged genuine buyers who were interested and ready to buy. Has been a great experience selling our home with the team.

My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with David Farrugia. His level of knowledge and experience is what impressed my husband and i to go with David and trust him to finalize the sale of our house at Casula. 
He was a pleasure to deal with and nothing was hard or difficult, all proceeding took place smoothly and easily. I would have no hesitation in recommending David and team to family and friends.

I've used Macquarie Real Estate both as a vendor and also as a landlord. 

When I sold my property a couple of years ago, they obtained a very good price in the market that I was happy with, which led to a very smooth and stress-free transaction.

My rental property has been tenanted from day one to the same tenants, which Macquarie Real Estate found for me, and they've been the best tenants I've ever had! The property management team at Macquarie regularly inspect the property throughout the year and alert me to any maintenance issues that need addressing.

I can highly recommend the team at Macquarie Real Estate for their professionalism and excellent service.

We used David Farrugia service to sell our house and the experience was nothing short of exceptional.
From our first meeting at his office, through his open houses and negotiations it was all so smooth.
We had our figure and he exceeded that and we were over the moon.
Davids professionalism was very impressive and I never thought it would go as smooth as it did.
I highly recommend David and the Macquarie team, who will come through for you and deliver an amazing level of service.
Thank you guys very much.
