We recently were recommended by friends to visit Prudential Real Estate Ingleburn office as we needed general advice on buying our first home, as we knew very little about the property market.

Jeff Thompson gave us very valuable advice, informed us what to look when attending open home inspections, great finance advice and how to select the best mortgage broker to suit us, and explained the buying process to us in detail, and really spent a good hour with us ensuring we were informed.

Jeff invited us to their open homes the following weekend, to gain some experience in the buying market. We were more than happy with the time Jeff gave us and would like to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

The most rudest and unprofessional customer service, do not trust Jeff Thompson or his trusted counterpart Stephen Karanfilovski, these two so called directors have got to be the worst two individuals in real estate !
Do not trust them to even attempt to sell your house, they are nothing but con artists who provided false promises. Its amazing how the word of mouth is actually true when you experience such an awefull experience first hand. Disgusted is an understatement. Absolute cowards who abuse women however disappear when confronted. In future make sure the phone is actually hung up before making derogatory comments. Please owners beware, lack of so called knowledge and experience. STAY AWAY, after selling receive absolutely rude messages at during late hours!
Prudential Real Estate do yourselves a favour and get rid of these two idiots !
