Anyone who wishes to use this company to manage their rental property: stay away. - Put the worst possible tenants into the house who were mates with admin staff in the office - Completely missed several issues on inspections, including a lean to fence built out of pallets against the house causing damage - Lack of communication and failure to follow up on issues. If you’re a down on your luck tenant: step right up! You’re likely to be put into a house without need for reference checks, even if you are 19, hate cleaning and have a puppy in tow! 👍🏼

Once upon a time I saw the brand of Harcourts as one of the best when it comes to real estate until this morning when I got aggressively attacked by one of the property managers of the glenfield branch, even when I told her that I was a client and got a house that I want to put up for rent etc etc that made me instantly see what I was going to deal with and changed my mind. Please keep away from them.
