Wow how will I ever be able to thank Shane Flanagan at Sanders for the huge difference he has made in our lives. Shane is such an honest, genuine and caring real estate agent, such a rare find these days!!! My husband and I had been looking for months at houses and he would call every Monday to check what we thought of each Sanders house we looked at really getting to know us and what we were looking for in a house. We would still be waiting for calls from other realestate agents on houses we looked at with them for days. Then he recommeded we go look at a house that had just come on the market that he thought would be perfect. We fell in love instantly!!! He was such a huge help making such a daunting scary process the most memorable time of our lives. Shane has now helped us buy our dream home, sell my mother in law's house for a record price and help her find her dream home. We will never be able to thank you enough for everything you have done to help us!!!!

I rate Sanders Real Estate in Jannali more than the 5 stars available here.  I purchased my property through them and I sold my property through them.  Their service is impeccable and can't be faulted.  They are professional, efficient, always available to answer any questions, very friendly and really understand what you are looking for. I purchased a home in Como 7 years ago through Nick Gleeson at Sanders. I had no hesitation in reengaging Nick when I sold the home earlier this year. Nick has consistently exhibited a high degree of integrity in my dealings with him as both a buyer and a seller. Nick really does stand out in the crowd as he displays quality attributes that, in my experience, are not found in any abundance in the Real Estate industry. I found Nick to be honest, ethical, realistic and trustworthy. I also felt that Nick provided me with a personalised service and he and his team worked hard to get me the best result possible. Nick also clearly communicated market analysis to me so that I could make the best decision possible. I wouldn’t consider using another agent if Nick was available – highly recommend

Met alot of the Sales team through open houses over a 1 year period.
the team was always helpful and chased up any queries I had.

We purchased a property in Jannali through Sanders just last month and Andrew and Greg were fantastic, as was the rest of the team :)
I would definatley recommend this team!!!

Sale of 1 Moray Place, Sylvania

From our first meeting to determine what was involved in selling our house Andrew Bloom was most reassuring. He explained in detail the auction process, friendly auctions and what we had to do to prepare the house. This gave us confidence in dealing with Sanders.
Andrew and his most competent assistant, Mikayla, made us feel comfortable and positive during the whole campaign. Andrew's knowledge of the market and campaign strategy gave us more confidence as the auction approached.
We would highly recommend Andrew to anyone who is thinking about selling their property.
