I would just like to extend my thanks and recognise the work of real estate agent Zoe Feltus.  My partner and I recently sold our apartment in Newtown and were looking for a rental in the shire area, while we look for a house to buy in the same area within the next few years. Zoe made this process easy by promptly replying to emails, answering an abundance of questions and went out of her way to show both my partner and I the rental on two different occasions.  She was extremely knowledgeable about the building and surrounds and convinced us of the attributes of the Foreshore boulevard building, which resulted in a smooth transition for us. She was professional, extremely friendly and I feel her service went above and beyond what was required for an agent showing a rental.
