They have a bunch of kids managing and leasing their properties. I would know more about managing a property. 
I had to take my investment elsewhere and I'm glad I did. My new property manager actually made recommendations as to how I can improve and add value to my property and to increase the rental return. You can't buy experience even though their fees aren't cheap.

DONT TRUST YOUR FAMILY WITH HIGHLAND PROPERTY. My Family was renting a high-end property from Highland. We had been there for 2 years and when we first moved in there was a small issue with a bedroom door handle. You couldnt open it from inside the room. We asked and asked for it to be fixed and just got ignored. Until 1 day my wife and young child got locked in. From this point we went to tribunal to get it fixed. 2 weeks after this Highland Properties we were dealing with Carli Valon property Manager at the time we recieved a EVICTION NOTICE. No Sweat for us as we wanted to get away from Highland property at this time but this is where HIGHLAND really took a turn for thee worst and reason not to trust them. We started applying for new rental properties. n the past we always got our first choice in properties. After applying for 10 properties and getting rejected from everyone of them we thought something here is a bit strange. So we got 1 of our real estate friends to call up CARLI VALON from HIGHLAND PROPERTY for a reference. We found out she bad mouthed us completely. Once we figured this out we used our friend as a reference and got the next property we applied for.
SO DONT TRUST HIGHLAND PROPERTY or CARLI VALON with your family.

I write to you let you know about the outstanding service Mr David Smith of your office has provided to me in my search for a property purchase in the Sutherland Shire area.

In all my dealings with David over the past two months, I was pleased to find him completely honest, patient with my questions and very knowledgeable about purchasing in the Shire area.

I must have spoken to more than 80 real estate agents within the past three months and I am unwavering in saying that David is one of the few I would confidently offer my property to for a sale.

Couldn't have asked for better service. The whole team where lovely. They all came through my home when it was listed for sale and on multiple occasions I had other agents from Highland Property Agents other than the one I signed with bringing their buyers through to help get my property sold. Such a good culture and great enthusiasm between the team. Would defiantly recommend Highland Property Agents.
