BEST real estate property manager EVER !!!!!!!! Can not fault Laura for anything. She is through, fair, easy to deal with, professional, open and more than anything - SHE COMMUNICATES !!!!! yayaya - extremely rare for a property manager - ever thing a property manager should be. Wish Laura could manager my interstate properties - puts other agents to shame. Can recommend Greg Gilbert Real Estate and Laura extremely highly - my experience has been wonderful thanks to Laura. Would go back in a heart beat should I move out and re-lease my property.

We have dealt with a lot of Real estate agents in the shire over the last 12 months, and Sarah Street takes the cake for the most unprofessional and utterly cringe worth agent. 
Not offering price guides, when we said we were ready to make an offer but didn't want to waste our time if it was out of our price range. She failed to return calls and when I did finally get on to her, she began to start an argument with me that she had returned my calls! 
I have not dealt with a more incompetent agent so lacking any people skills.
